By using Walnut, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the bot.

Usage Rules

Behavior:

Users must not engage in spamming or any malicious activity. Walnut is intended for legitimate and constructive purposes. Users must not abuse the bot or attempt to cause harm intentionally. Specifically, users are prohibited from: Attempting to crash the bot intentionally. Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the bot to disrupt its functionality. Using the bot for any illegal or harmful activities. Harassing other users through the bot. Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using Walnut. Users are encouraged to report any security vulnerabilities they discover in Walnut promptly. Responsible disclosure helps us improve the bot and maintain a safe environment for all users.

Bot Limitations:

Walnut is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, functionality, or specific features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bot at any time.

Intellectual Property:

All content and intellectual property associated with Walnut (including commands, responses, and visuals) are owned by us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the bot without explicit permission.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access to Walnut if they violate these terms. Violations include, but are not limited to, misuse, abuse, or non-compliance with the rules.

No Warranty: Walnut is provided without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own risk. Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any damages caused by using the bot.

Changes to the ToS

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
